Provider-specific behavior for the fitness vertical.

termA class type or activity, e.g. "yoga", "spin", "pilates".lifecycleRequires metadata.payment (card, taken up front), including the billing payment.state and payment.country; without them the booking fails with error_code "missing_billing_fields". metadata.password is optional: it signs an existing member in with their Mindbody password. Without it, Ophelia signs the member in with a code Mindbody sends them (usually by email), and a new member gets an account. Booking a class enrolls the member; when Mindbody asks for a code, the booking returns status "requires_action" with next_action.type = "otp"; submit the code to /continue to confirm. Confirmed classes cannot be cancelled through Ophelia.
